Corazón Cafetalero was created to bring well-being and care to the communities linked to our value chain. Through medical brigades, we provide access to general medicine consultations and medication for coffee pickers and their families.

With the support of health professionals, partner institutions and our volunteers, we will keep bringing these brigades to coffee-growing communities, contributing to prevention and timely care, and recognizing the value of those who, from the field, are part of the story behind every cup of Espresso Americano.

We create spaces dedicated to the care and well-being of our team members, bringing them services and activities that promote prevention, self-care and healthy habits.

Through our health days we provide medical care, preventive check-ups, eye care, physiotherapy, active breaks and vaccination, with the support of health professionals and partner institutions.

We keep bringing these initiatives to our teams in different cities, making it easier to access services that support the overall care of our people.

Every month we share our coffee with organizations doing important social work, supporting, in our own way, the places where they care for and help those who need it most.

Through these donations we permanently support the Emma Romero de Callejas Cancer Center and the Ruth Paz Foundation, contributing a product that is part of our everyday life and stands for closeness, warmth and moments to share.

Through Taza de Esperanza (Cup of Hope), our team members share coffee and food with the relatives of patients staying in hospitals, offering a moment of closeness and warmth during their hours of waiting.

The initiative began at Hospital Escuela Universitario and keeps growing to reach new places, such as IHSS La Granja, taking the essence of Espresso Americano beyond our stores and turning a cup of coffee into a gesture of support.
